Funded by a recently established North Lake Tahoe Tourism Business Improvement District (NLT-TBID), the NLTRA’s mission is to promote and manage visitation and to collaborate to achieve economic health, community vitality, and environmental sustainability to benefit our residents, businesses, and visitors. To achieve these goals, new positions have been created which offer an exciting opportunity to help shape the organization and our community moving forward.
VICE PRESIDENT OF TOURISM DEVELOPMENT
The VP of Tourism Development will have the goal of increasing overnight visitation to lodging businesses, visits to restaurants, retail, and recreational activities, especially during mid-week and non-peak seasons. Learn more HERE.
DIRECTOR OF DESTINATION MANAGEMENT
The Director of Destination Management leads NLTRA’s Destination Management Division as the lead agency for planning, infrastructure, transportation, capital improvement, and workforce housing development projects for the North Lake Tahoe region. Learn more HERE.
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and financial planning for NLTRA, ensuring the smooth running of NLTRA’s finances by assessing financial activity, identifying solutions to financial issues, and preparing reports. Learn more HERE.
