This award-winning program creates an opportunity for potential leaders to broaden their understanding of the region and its issues, challenges, and opportunities while developing and honing their leadership skills.
Since 2004, the program has graduated over 400 local individuals.
These alumni are now challenging themselves, serving their employers and our community in a variety of active community-building efforts.The Leadership Program is a partnership between the North Lake Tahoe Resort Association, the North Tahoe Business Association, and the Truckee Chamber of Commerce. Sierra Nevada University facilitates the program. Tahoe Truckee Community Foundation acts as the Fiscal Sponsor.
