North Lake Tahoe Chamber of Commerce
The mission of the North Lake Tahoe Chamber of Commerce is to promote business, tourism, and the economic, cultural and civic welfare of the greater North Lake Tahoe community. The Chamber provides its members with opportunities for networking, education and professional development through business mixers, seminars, special programs and events. Members are eligible for a wide range of promotional opportunities, including business referrals, business services, media and public relations, and business to business marketing.

In collaboration with the North Lake Tahoe Resort Association, the North Lake Tahoe Chamber of Commerce addresses issues vital to the well-being of the business community. These including marketing, economic development and diversification, workforce housing, community planning and redevelopment, and the region’s regulatory climate. The Chamber plays an important role in helping to develop community partnerships and assisting with implementation of the North Lake Tahoe Tourism and Community Investment Master Plan. Chamber membership is open to all businesses that maintain a voluntary annual dues investment.

The Chamber operates the NLTRA’s Visitor Information Services function. The Chamber office and year-around Visitor Information Center is located at 380 North Lake Boulevard, in the historic Tahoe City Community Center (next to the Fire Station) in downtown Tahoe City. The Chamber also provides visitor information during the summer season at North Tahoe Beach in Kings Beach, a beautiful lakefront property owned by the California Tahoe Conservancy adjacent to the intersection of California State highways 28 and 267.
